Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. After this period, we consider the order accepted, and unfortunately, we can no longer issue a refund.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must include original packaging and tags.

  • Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.

  • Please return items in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

How to Request a Return

  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Send your item(s) using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Once shipped, provide us with the tracking number or a return receipt photo.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will process your refund.

⚠️ Do not return any items without receiving prior confirmation from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Buccaneersfanstore will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible return cases. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back.

Customers will not be charged any additional fees for returning qualified items.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Our return window is 30 days after delivery.

  • Returns without prior email contact will not be accepted.

  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

  • We do not accept exchanges for incorrect item choices (size, color, address errors, etc.).


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply.
